  2008 Application Changes
• Item #2 - Private foundations can apply to participate in the program. Note that the IRS Form 990PF will not be accepted, however. Private foundations must complete a pro forma IRS Form 990 (Page 1 and Part V) for CFC purposes only.
• Certifying Official Information - The statement previously appearing on the cover page of the application has been merged with the final certification. The certifying official’s signature is required on the final page of the application only.
